Updated 5/21/24: Optimized for Daijisho front end with menu art and gamelist.xml's, more systems, more games! Ideal modern Android gaming device card. Beautiful RetroArch setup files with dynamic wallpaper, thumbnail art, game/system bezel art.
For Sale: 1 TB Sandisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I memory card, loaded. Setup for use on Android handhelds such as the Ayn Odin, Odin 2, or the Retroid Pocket 3+, Retroid Pocket 4, etc. - setup as "portable" not internal storage, so card can be used with other devices and/or read directly from a PC. I include detailed instructions to help you make the most out of the games on the card as well as certain setup files for RetroArch and Daijisho. Over 18,800 games!
NOTE: Do NOT buy for "RG556" nor "Logitech G Cloud". (Unless you're willing to just transfer roms to a PC, then format/wipe card on device and then transfer roms back and create your own retroarch playlists and overlay setup. These devices have trouble "seeing" card as is, unlike other android devices.
NOTE: I included a product selection choice so you can upgrade the card to a 1 TB Sandisk "Extreme" in lieu of my default "Ultra" card for this listing for an additional fee as indicated in checkout process.
The game count by system list describes which systems require standalone emulators and which ones have been setup for use in RetroArch and/or Daijisho (some can be used either way, such as Dreamcast in ReDream Emulator or using Flycast core in RetroArch). I include instructions to assist you to setup RetroArch and include key config files and playlist files/thumbnails and also tips for setting up your standalone emulators.
Every system in the roms folder also has a boxart or mixart folder and a gamelist.xml so that there is no need to do any scraping in Daijisho. Instead, for each system just select the folder as the preview art along with the gamelist.xml for proper naming of mame/fbneo/neogeo games as example. I even include 30 custom Daijisho wallpapers to add for the systems the default Epic Retro Noir theme does not cover.
My custom RetroArch playlists and config files utilize dynamic background theme (background images change for every system as you scroll left/right) - see later pics. Mixart displays for games in menu.
Games allow saving game play at within the game (power of emulation). In RetroArch, games can be identified as "Favorites" simply by selecting "add to faves" in menu just before starting a game. "Arcade Collections" are already setup. The arcade collections have hundreds of the best arcade games (from the thousand+ on system).
In RetroArch, custom GAME-specific bezels are setup for Arcade/Mame and almost all console systems if you follow my instructions to copy certain files to your internal storage RetroArch files. System-specific bezels are setup for other systems that don't have a game specific bezel. All can be easily switched or turned off. They look fantastic due to the wide screen so they fill much of the black space as all games display in native format (no crazy stretching distorting games). That's right, literally thousands of game specific bezels configured and installed and enabled (configs loaded per game)… awesome!
